Direct-Response Meta Ad Script Writer (Remote, Part-Time)
Full Time or Part Time 10.00 - 20.00 USD Type: Hourly Tort Claim Strategies (TCS ) is hiring a sharp, creative Direct-Response Meta Ad Script Writer to create short-form paid-social video scripts for legal-awareness and lead-generation campaigns. This is not a general content-writing, SEO, blog-writing, screenplay, or organic-social role. We need someone who can take a detailed campaign brief, understand the audience, generate multiple original angles, write an excellent first-three-second hook, and turn research into short scripts that make people stop, understand, and take the next step. The work can involve sensitive legal topics. That means your writing needs to be persuasive without becoming sensational, inaccurate, or careless. You must be able to work inside clear compliance boundaries while still finding fresh, human, high-performing angles. ABOUT TCS Tort Claim Strategies is a performance marketing and legal lead-generation business. We build paid-media campaigns that help eligible people understand whether they may have legal options and connect with appropriate legal support. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Research campaign briefs, audiences, objections, source material, and competitor/reference creative. • Build a repeatable bank of original angles rather than producing the same script concept repeatedly. • Write concise direct-response video scripts, generally around 60–200 words, for Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and other paid-social placements. • Develop strong hooks, clear narratives, natural calls to action, and multiple testable variations. • Turn feedback, creative testing, and performance learnings into better scripts and sharper future angles. • Work carefully within campaign-specific compliance rules. This includes avoiding unsupported claims, outcome guarantees, misleading urgency, and language that could be inappropriate for a sensitive legal-awareness campaign. • Communicate clearly, meet agreed deadlines, and make sensible revisions without needing excessive hand-holding. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You should have real evidence that you can write short-form direct-response scripts for paid social, lead generation, sales, sign-ups, or another measurable conversion goal. You will likely be a strong fit if you: • Can show short-form paid-social, UGC, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube ad, direct-response, or lead-generation examples. • Can explain why a specific hook works, what audience it is aimed at, what angle it uses, and what action it is designed to drive. • Have strong written English and can make complicated ideas feel clear, natural, concise, and human. • Generate original angles—not simply polished variations of the same generic idea. • Can research a new topic quickly and turn that research into creative decisions. • Understand the difference between clean writing and conversion-focused writing. • Are comfortable receiving direct feedback, revising quickly, and learning from performance data. Experience in legal marketing, healthcare, finance, insurance, or another regulated category is helpful, but it is not essential if you have strong direct-response instincts and excellent judgment. THIS WILL NOT BE A FIT IF: • Your experience is mainly blogs, SEO articles, generic social captions, academic writing, or long-form YouTube scripts. • You cannot show relevant short-form direct-response work. • You need a complete step-by-step outline before you can generate angles independently. • You use generic AI output without applying your own judgment, research, originality, and editing. ROLE DETAILS This is a remote, part-time contractor role. We expect approximately 20 hours per week initially, with the potential for more work as we find the right fit and campaign volume grows. Compensation is output-based and will be agreed based on your experience, quality, reliability, and proposed per-script or batch rate. Please provide your rate in the application form. Shortlisted candidates will complete a short paid test task before any ongoing engagement begins. HOW TO APPLY We review thoughtful applications only. Do not use a one-click application or send a generic portfolio. To be considered, complete this application form The form asks for relevant samples, an explanation of your strongest example, a short angle exercise, your approach to compliance, your proposed rates and a 1-2 minutes video introducing yourself. Applications submitted only through the form will be reviewed.
