What you'll do

  • Run the operating rhythm for the dev team, including planning, daily coordination, follow-ups, delivery tracking, and unblockers.
  • Own incoming tech requests from internal and customer sources, clarify requirements, assess urgency and impact, and route them into the right pipeline.
  • Balance workload across web, mobile, maintenance, and product initiatives, protecting focus and managing tradeoffs.
  • Keep the backlog clean, current, and build-ready, including stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and definition of done.
  • Lead sprint and iteration planning, sequencing, and commitment setting to ensure predictable delivery and realistic timelines.
  • Maintain a roadmap that reflects current tasks, the backlog, customer requests, management priorities, and future work, and keep it accurate and actively managed.
  • Track time budgets per initiative, manage scope creep, and ensure delivery stays on time and on budget.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across ops, commercial, customer teams, and leadership to align priorities and unblock decisions quickly.
  • Coordinate QA/UAT, validate requirements, and support clean releases across web, mobile, and product.
  • Maintain and improve how work is tracked, documented, and reported, including tickets, documentation, status, and cadence.

What they require

  • 3+ years in a Digital Project Manager/Digital Product Manager / Product Owner / Technical Project Manager role, or similar.
  • Proven ability to run day-to-day delivery for a dev team in a high-request environment.
  • Experience managing a mix of new development and maintenance work, including bugs, enhancements, tech debt, and support requests.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery cycles, including planning, QA/UAT, releases, and dependency management.
  • Strong requirements skills: user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization frameworks, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills, technical and non-technical, with proactive risk management.
  • Experience with PM tooling, including ticketing, documentation, and comms, and keeping teams accountable through clarity.
  • Proficient in English, spoken and written, is essential.
  • Preferred: French/English bilingualism is an asset.
  • High autonomy and judgment; you drive outcomes without needing senior leadership to push every step.
  • Preferred: Comfort with technical concepts, including APIs, integrations, data flows, and basic architecture constraints.
  • Preferred: Experience coordinating mobile/web release workflows.
  • Preferred: Experience with analytics/KPIs, including measuring impact, adoption, and support volume.
  • Preferred: Experience working with distributed or offshore dev resources.
