This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful adoption and utilisation of evolving digital capabilities across the global community. Working across programme teams, product owners, SMEs, and member firms, the specialist will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, create scalable enablement content, support change initiatives, and help drive adoption of strategic digital investments.
Key skills and experience
Experience in digital enablement, training, learning design, or change management
Experience developing training materials, guides, playbooks, and learning resources
Ability to translate complex technical and digital concepts into user-friendly content
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Familiarity with digital platforms, CMS environments (AEM preferred), marketing technology, and AI-enabled solutions
Experience working in global or matrixed environments preferred
Key responsibilities
Design and deliver training, webinars, and enablement programmes for new digital capabilities
Create and maintain user guides, playbooks, learning resources, and communications
Drive adoption and readiness for platform enhancements, personalisation, analytics, and AI-enabled features
Manage stakeholder engagement activities, including community calls, office hours, and feedback sessions
Support change management for new digital capabilities and platform enhancements
Partner with product, technology, content, and business teams to support change initiatives
Monitor adoption, identify capability gaps, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
