The Role
Key Responsibilities
Support deployment and management of OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD) Assist in automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Support application lifecycle management (build, release, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot) Execute operational tasks related to cloud platforms and containerized environments Perform incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis with team support Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices , security and operational standards
Client Interaction & Consult Mindset
Support client-facing activities in collaboration with senior team members Contribute to understanding business and technical requirements Participate in technical discussions, workshops, and delivery sessions Develop a consulting mindset, with growing exposure to stakeholder interaction
Team Collaboration
Work in cross-functional Agile teams (Development, Operations, Cloud, Infrastructure) Collaborate in DevOps environments with shared responsibilities Contribute to team-based delivery, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning, retrospective)
Who You Are
Required Technical Skills
OpenShift, Kubernetes, Containers, Docker DevOps, CI/CD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform, Ansible Certifications on one or more major cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud. Experience in hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments. Monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana - basic knowledge) Version control systems (Git) Agile, Scrum, DevOps culture ITIL 4 or 5
Professional & Soft Skills
Interest in developing a consultative approach (Consult mindset) Good communication skills and ability to interact within client environments Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset Problem-solving attitude with structured approach Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Accountability in task execution and delivery
Experience & Education
3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure roles Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background Exposure to OpenShift / Kubernetes environments is preferred Certifications (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud) are required
