MLabs is hiring on behalf of their client for a production-proven Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to take ownership of deployment, secure networking, and reliability for a distributed fleet of managed single-tenant personal AI trading agents operating on blockchain infrastructure.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Fleet Orchestration & Scaling: Architect, provision, and scale the core user agent fleet across hybrid Railway and AWS, ensuring isolated, secure containerized processes with cost tracking and lifecycle management
- Secure Network Engineering: Establish and harden private overlay networks using Tailscale in production
- Automated User Provisioning: Build zero-touch deployment pipelines with IaC and CI/CD for seamless container and secrets management
- Operational Resilience & SRE: Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response to maintain live transaction states
- Incident Management: Participate in on-call and real-incident response for the global fleet
🔑 Requirements:
- Proven experience with Railway or equivalent PaaS for complex architectures
- Advanced AWS expertise (VPC, IAM, Secrets Manager, ECS/Lambda)
- Production-grade Tailscale networking with ACLs and routing
- Mastery of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Blockchain/Web3 familiarity and high-availability financial SRE background with on-call comfort
