What you'll do

  • Anchor deep-dive technical troubleshooting, incident resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex AWS infrastructure and application-level issues.
  • Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to guarantee reliable, automated, and swift releases.
  • Design and refine Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to ensure consistent provisioning across environments.
  • Optimize cloud resources, load balancers, container orchestration systems, and database connection pools for maximum performance and cost efficiency.
  • Lead observability and monitoring initiatives by leveraging logs, traces, and metrics to proactively mitigate security vulnerabilities and system bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with technical development teams to integrate DevSecOps practices, handle container deployments (Docker/EKS), and implement strict IAM governance.

What they require

  • 3-6+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Operations, or DevOps roles (Level 2 or Level 3 proficiency).
  • Hands-on mastery of AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, ECS/EKS, Route 53, CloudWatch), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or CloudFormation, and modern CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
  • Strong background in Linux system administration, shell scripting (Bash, Python), and network configuration (VPCs, Subnets, Security Groups).
  • Proven experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes to minimize platform downtime.
  • Strong Ownership Mindset, with high problem-solving autonomy and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) is required, as you will directly collaborate with US-based teams and stakeholders.
