What you'll do

  • Support modeling strategy and strengthen discipline execution.
  • Own coordination and documentation quality across projects within a defined discipline focus.
  • Apply TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and BIM standards with a high level of independence.
  • Contribute to project delivery through advanced modeling, drawing development, coordination leadership, documentation, and early engineering support within your primary discipline (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, etc).
  • Support system layouts, calculations, research, and design development with limited oversight.
  • Help maintain model health, guide coordination workflows, and reinforce TEECOM’s BIM and documentation standards.
  • Support fast-paced coordination cycles, identify risks early, and help teams maintain clarity and alignment across models, markups, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to TEECOM’s documentation system by refining workflows, improving modeling standards, and supporting updates in GitHub based on lessons learned from project experience.
  • Support and guide Designer I and Designer II team members through modeling, documentation, and coordination efforts.
