Now Hiring: Deposit Operations Advanced Specialist We’re looking for a Deposit Operations Advanced Specialist who will keep the engine of our deposit operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you will support daily transaction processing—including ACH, wires, RDC, card activity, and NSF/non-post items—while contributing to an exciting system conversion. You will collaborate with a seasoned operations team, bring structure and accuracy to fast-moving workflows, and play a critical role in delivering reliable, customer-centered banking experiences. What You’ll Contribute: Deposit Operations Execution Process ACH, RDC, wires, card transactions, corrections, NSF and non-post items accurately and on time. Review, investigate, and resolve exceptions while ensuring timely and accurate transaction posting. Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Provide backup support for Treasury Management setup, customer training, and customer support, including ACH, Positive Pay, Wire, RDC, and Lockbox. Operational Excellence & Collaboration Maintain thorough documentation and audit readiness across assigned operational workflows. Collaborate with teammates and internal partners to support consistent, customer-centered service quality. Bring structure, accuracy, and follow-through to fast-moving operational priorities. Systems & Conversion Support Operate on Jack Henry SilverLake core and support post-conversion stabilization. Learn and adopt new Jack Henry product modules swiftly. Help identify, communicate, and resolve conversion-related issues. Champion Our Mission, Protect What Matters Adopt a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice. Pursue and demonstrate an understanding of established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations. What Makes a Stand-Out Candidate: Experience & Education Prior deposit operations experience; banking deposit operations background is a plus. Phoenix core or Jack Henry SilverLake experience preferred. High attention to detail with strong multitasking abilities.
