What you'll do

  • Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support dentists and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
  • Coach teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to meet the practice’s goals and maturity level.
  • Take ownership of each practice’s success, driving early case submission by removing blockers, reinforcing clinical urgency, and building confidence during and immediately after training.
  • Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption.
  • Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days and surface targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate success.
  • Share field insights to inform scalable resources, improve onboarding, and strengthen future trainings.
  • Assess readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment to proactively surface blockers or risks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the right resources, messaging, and tools are in place before training day.
  • Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, and clinical goals.

  • 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
  • Skilled at earning confidence from clinicians and staff by connecting clinical value to real-world outcomes
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 80% to deliver in-practice training and support.
  • Located near a major airport or transport hub.
  • Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles to influence behavior and drive adoption.
  • Comfortable operating independently in the field, adjusting plans in real-time based on practice dynamics and needs.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to adjust tone and approach based on audience—whether working with hygienists or C-suite stakeholders.
  • Passion for helping practices succeed, with a solutions-oriented approach to onboarding, training, and adoption.
