Role

Origin is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to build and execute programs that turn awareness into qualified pipeline and sustainable growth. This is a hands-on, strategic individual contributor role for someone who can both do the work and determine what excellence looks like.

You’ll own demand generation across paid search, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels, developing campaign strategy, launching and optimizing programs, analyzing performance, and identifying new opportunities to reach and engage our ideal customers.

AI is central to how this role operates. You’ll use AI to improve campaign execution, automate repetitive work, and build systems that make demand generation more efficient and scalable, freeing the team to focus on strategy and growth.

You’ll also explore opportunities across media, podcasts, content, and partnerships, bringing a strong understanding of our ideal customers and the cybersecurity market to create relevant, differentiated, and measurable campaigns.

This role offers meaningful ownership from day one. You’ll work autonomously within a team, bring a clear point of view, and help shape the demand generation function as Origin grows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies across paid search, LinkedIn, Reddit and emerging channels to drive qualified pipeline and growth
• Own campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and creative development through launch, testing, optimization and performance reporting
• Identify and test new opportunities across media, podcasts, content, partnerships and emerging channels to uncover scalable growth opportunities
• Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to improve acquisition efficiency and inform future strategy
• Partner with Sales, Product and Marketing to align demand programs with our ICP, buyer journey, messaging and go-to-market priorities
• Use AI to improve campaign development and execution, automate repeatable processes, and build scalable systems that make demand generation more efficient

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, particularly Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign optimization and measurement
• Strong strategic and analytical judgment with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and business outcomes
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM and marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot and Clay
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve the quality, speed and scalability of marketing work
• Highly autonomous, curious and comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment with a strong experimentation mindset

Nice to Haves

• Experience in cybersecurity or information security, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Experience marketing technical products to B2B audiences
• Experience with Reddit Ads, Webflow, CRO, SEO, or GEO
• Experience with Clay, AI-powered marketing workflows, or automation
• Experience with media, podcasts, partnerships or other emerging demand generation channels
