They are looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to identify, engage, and secure senior business leaders as attendees at our events, using strong sales and communication skills to drive registrations rather than revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers as potential attendees. Registration Management: Confirm attendance and register key decision-makers for events. Client Research: Understand what matters to senior leaders and identify the right people to invite. Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams to deliver seamless events and engage Fortune 500 attendees. Event Attendance: Represent the company at events across the UK and internationally. CRM Maintenance: Keep accurate, up-to-date records and manage your pipeline of attendees effectively. Planning & Organisation: Proactively manage your own diary, priorities, and follow-ups.
Requirements
Essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales or events experience. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Excellent relationship-building and teamwork skills. High emotional intelligence. Positive, team-player attitude.
Desired Skills
