Requirements Experience Needed/Responsibilities: Data Migration & Transformation - Support end-to-end data migration efforts between legacy and target systems - Extract, map, transform, and load (ETL) data according to defined business and technical requirements - Document data mapping, transformation rules, and migration logic - Validate migrated data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency Data Cleansing & Quality - Analyze and identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in existing systems - Perform data cleanup activities to standardize and enrich datasets - Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring processes - Collaborate with business teams to define data standards and governance practices Data Analysis & Issue Resolution - Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems - Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions - Support ongoing data reconciliation and balancing activities - Create reports and dashboards to highlight data quality metrics Collaboration & Documentation - Work closely with IT, business analysts, and functional teams to understand data requirements - Translate business requirements into technical data specifications - Maintain clear documentation of data processes, definitions, and standards - Participate in testing cycles (UAT, system testing) related to data migration Good to have: - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation) - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Business Central, Salesforce, SAP) - Familiarity with data tools (Power BI, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Dataverse, etc.) - Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks - Experience working in system implementation or migration projects Non-negotiable Requirements: - 2–6+ years of experience in data analysis, data migration, or data quality roles - Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying - Experience with data transformation and ETL processes Industry/Tools Experience: - SQL - Microsoft Excel - Pivot Tables - Lookups - Data Manipulation - ETL Processes - Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Microsoft Dynamics Business Central - Salesforce - SAP - Power BI - SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) - Azure Data Factory - Dataverse - ERP Systems - CRM Systems - Data Governance Frameworks - Data Quality Frameworks Benefits We’re all about uplifting lives in Coconut and we make sure we provide benefits that support work-life balance, well-being, and growth.
