What you'll do

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders across multiple countries to improve data quality, support system integrations and migrations, and build scalable solutions that enable better decision-making.
  • Work hands-on with Databricks, Spark, SQL, and Python while acting as a trusted advisor to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Combine strong technical expertise with a consultative mindset, challenge data assumptions, identify root causes of data issues, and propose practical solutions that drive business value.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group HR Controller, country HR Heads, project teams, and multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

What they require

  • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark in production environments
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python for processing, transforming, and analyzing large-scale datasets
  • Experience working with complex, messy, incomplete, or inconsistent data, identifying issues and driving data quality improvements
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
  • Experience participating in data migration, integration, or transformation projects
  • Practical experience designing and implementing data validation, monitoring, governance, and quality control mechanisms
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences
  • Experience creating clear documentation, including data mappings, business rules, data dictionaries, and process documentation
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy
  • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles
  • Fluent Polish and English (C1+)
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly within professional workflows.
  • Preferred: Practical experience with a global HRIS (HR Information System)
  • Preferred: Experience building data solutions in cloud-based platforms
  • Preferred: Experience creating Power BI dashboards and semantic models
  • Preferred: Experience working in international or multi-country environments
  • Preferred: Knowledge of process mining, process improvement, or business process optimization
