Recruitment Fraud Alert
We have become aware of recruitment scams that seek to fraudulently obtain money or personal information from job seekers. These scams can take various forms, such as fake job postings, phishing emails, or fraudulent recruiters claiming to represent our company.
How to identify a recruitment fraud? Fraudulent efforts include, but are not limited to:
- Requests for personal information early in the process include your address, date of birth, passport information, social security number, or banking details.
- Individuals not associated with Brighty contacting you about a fake OR legitimate job posting. Please closely review the name of the sender and the domain name associated with their account. All official Brighty recruitment emails will come from accounts formatted as: name@brighty.app
- Being asked to participate in an "interview" by chat or email. Brighty does not conduct "interviews" by chat or email.
- Attempting to make job offers through social media or online forums.
- Making job offers for jobs you haven't have applied to OR have not interviewed for.
- Urgently insisting you act immediately within a very short time frame.

What you'll do
- Collect, analyze and interpret data from app, CRM, marketing and financial systems
- Write and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL queries and work with BigQuery
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Metabase
- Conduct cohort analysis, user segmentation and retention studies
- Support A/B testing and growth experiments with statistical insights
- Define data-tracking requirements with Product and Engineering
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
What they require
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related
- 2+ years as Data Analyst (fintech, crypto or product analytics preferred)
- Strong proficiency in SQL/MySQL and cloud data warehousing with BigQuery
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau or Looker)
- Understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing and data modeling
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
