We are hiring on behalf of our client for Danish-speaking Customer Experts to represent Mercedes-Benz , one of the most respected automotive brands in the world. Your Role

As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them across phone, email, and chat.

You will:

Represent Mercedes-Benz in a professional and customer-focused way Provide information about products, services, and vehicle-related topics Handle customer questions and resolve issues efficiently Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience Turn challenging situations into positive brand experiences

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who combines communication skills with genuine interest.

You:

Speak Danish fluently Have very good English skills (written & spoken) Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred) Have a strong passion for cars (a big advantage!) Communicate clearly and confidently Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership Are comfortable with technology and learning new systems Bring a positive, service-minded attitude
