Cyber Security & SOC Lead

Are you a passionate, hands-on cybersecurity leader who wants to build, improve and make a real impact? As our Cyber Security & SOC Lead, you will take ownership of our Security Operations Center and help shape the future of our cybersecurity services. You will lead a small technical team, stay close to day-to-day security operations and turn ideas into practical improvements. This is not a role for someone who only wants to manage from a distance. We are looking for a leader who enjoys working with people, understands the technology and is ready to step in when technical expertise is needed. You will work across internal and customer environments, covering both cloud and on-premises security. You will strengthen SOC automation, introduce new security capabilities and continuously look for smarter, more effective ways of working. You are passionate about cybersecurity and enjoy staying close to the technology. You have practical experience in cybersecurity, security operations or a SOC environment. You understand security across cloud and on-premises environments. You have experience leading, coordinating or mentoring a technical security team. You bring a hands-on approach to security monitoring, incident response and operational processes. You are interested in improving SOC automation and introducing new security capabilities. You take ownership and can independently organize priorities. You notice what needs to be improved and take action without waiting for detailed instructions. You communicate clearly and lead through trust, support and technical credibility. You have very good English skills. German language skills are an advantage. We do not require experience with one specific platform or a particular certification. Your practical expertise, technical judgement and ability to lead improvements matter more. You will have real influence on how our SOC and cybersecurity services develop. You will combine leadership with hands-on technical work. You will have the autonomy to introduce ideas and turn them into action. You will work on internal initiatives and customer-facing projects across the DACH region.
