  • Handling most support by email, with occasional phone or video calls when that would help resolve something more quickly.
  • Investigating customer issues carefully and methodically by asking follow-up questions, checking account settings, trying to reproduce problems, looking for browser-related issues, or escalating bugs to engineering with clear notes.
  • Working closely with Dana and the wider Resource Guru team to understand customer questions, resolve issues, and share useful feedback with Product and Engineering.
  • Creating clear internal reports when customers report bugs or technical issues.
  • Tagging and categorising feature feedback so the team understands what customers need.
  • Keeping the Help Centre useful and up to date by updating existing articles, writing new ones, recording simple walkthroughs, or suggesting improvements.
  • Using tools such as Front, Recurly, Customer.io, HubSpot and other internal systems to manage customer conversations, billing questions and account information.
