What you'll do

  • Bring and pilot automation ideas to handle repetitive, high-volume patterns in the inbound queue using Salesforce, Gainsight, Front and AI tools.
  • Use AI-powered tools daily to synthesize customer context and speed resolution of complex inquiries.
  • Triage incoming requests to distinguish support issues, adoption blockers, and commercial opportunities; identify and escalate "at-risk" customers.
  • Own communication in the Customer Success inbound queue (email/slack/Jira) and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Identify trends in inbound questions and turn recurring ones into automated responses, macros, or workflow rules; surface growth opportunities to Sales.
