What You'll Do
Own the customer onboarding-to-retention workflow Direct follow-ups and check-ins to catch and solve problems early Coordinate across sales, accounting, and product as issues arise Build the systems and processes as you go — this role isn't fully defined yet Report progress and flag issues before they become bigger problems
Requirements
Who you are
10-15 years of experience managing people or complex processes A track record of taking on responsibility without needing close supervision Comfortable working through ambiguity and building structure where none exists Excellent written and spoken English A career pattern that shows sustained interest in this type of work, rather than frequent shifts between unrelated roles
