The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers. You'll be the person they trust to help them get real value from Campaignswell from onboarding through to renewal and expansion. This isn't a reactive support role. You'll be proactive, strategic, and commercial, spotting opportunities to deepen engagement before problems arise, and turning happy customers into advocates.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders from day-to-day users to executive sponsors.
- Lead structured onboarding and training programmes that set customers up for early success.
- Monitor product adoption and health metrics, and intervene proactively when customers are at risk.
- Run regular business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) that clearly demonstrate ROI and align on goals.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and work closely with Account Executives to close them.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally feeding insights to Product, Marketing, and Sales.
- Contribute to CS team resources: playbooks, onboarding materials, and best practice guides.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing SaaS role.
- Genuine curiosity about marketing technology and how our customers use it.
- Comfortable working with data you can pull a report, spot a trend, and turn it into a story.
- Strong communication skills; you can adapt your style from a hands-on analyst to a C-suite exec.
- Organized and process-driven, but flexible enough to handle the unexpected.
- Experience in marketing, adtech, or campaign analytics platforms.
- Experience with AI tools - not just to tick a box, but to genuinely work faster and better.
- English level: C1.
