What you'll do

  • Drive customer retention and growth via adoption, support and value demonstration
  • Meet regular renewal and customer satisfaction targets
  • Drive customers to beReferenceable and referenceable
  • Develop and deliver the 'Customer Journey' artifact set and CAD program
  • Track all customer-related interactions and updates in Salesforce current-case history and Salesforce
  • Monitoring customer usage and personnel changes and more
  • Increase customers' utilization of QAD products
  • Partner with sales executives globally on issues, escalations, customer events, and customer growth
  • Support deal execution, including working with the customer's procurement group
  • Notify sales executives of new opportunities within existing customers or new leads
  • Ensure renewal and customer satisfaction targets are met
  • Drive customers to become referenceable
  • Develop and maintain 'Customer Journey' artifacts
  • Track all customer-related interactions in Salesforce
  • Monitor customer growth and personnel changes
  • Increase customer adoption of QAD products
  • Partner with sales executives on escalations, growth, and opportunities
  • Support deal execution and procurement processes
  • Serve as an escalation point and keep sales informed of customer events
  • Ability to meet regular renewal and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Accountable for driving customers to be referenceable
  • Responsible for “Customer Journey” artifact development, maintenance, and delivery
  • Responsible for tracking all customer-related interactions and updates in Salesforce
  • Monitor customer growth and changes in personnel
  • Increase customers’ utilization of QAD products
  • Partner with sales executives globally to ensure they are informed about issues, support escalations, events, growth, etc. of assigned customers.
  • Support deal execution as needed, including the customer's procurement group.
  • Notify sales executives of new opportunities for existing customers or new leads.

What they require

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 3 to 5+ years of sales-related experience, project implementation, and/or customer service experience
  • 2-4 years ERP/SaaS software experience a plus
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, project implementation, or customer service
  • 2-4 years of ERP/SaaS software experience (a plus)
  • US work authorization required, no sponsorship
  • Occasional international travel
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree with 3 to 5+ years of sales-related experience, project implementation, and/or customer service experience.

  • Persuades peers to adopt new approaches or ideas.
