Client business Overview: A Large bridal service business with high volume of brides daily. Heavily women-employed company. Currently producing custom software system. In scale mode expecting significant growth. Goal: Hire a bridal coordinator to manage client workflows, bookings, emails, customer service, and project management for brides throughout their journey with the company. Key Specific Tasks VA will do: Managing workflows and tasks in CRM (Dubsado) Email communication and customer service Invoicing and bookings management Tools/Software to use: Dubsado (CRM system) - must have experience or ability to learn quickly Slack - for communication Asana - for task management Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as Customer Service Representative assisting international clients
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Impeccable interpersonal skills
- Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Tech Savvy
- Proactive attitude
- Able to work on a graveyard shift
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 9am-6pm EST (full time) Location: This is a remote, PH-based job
Salary Package: PHP 38,000/month
