We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident and pleasant on the phone, able to answer customer questions effectively, process incoming orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service.

This role will primarily focus on handling inbound calls and customer enquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and updating customer information across relevant systems.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer service and order-related phone calls in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner. Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services. Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently. Capture and update customer and order information in HubSpot and other relevant systems. Maintain and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Record customer interactions, enquiries, and order details accurately. Follow up on customer requests and ensure enquiries are resolved promptly. Provide a positive and professional customer experience on every call. Work closely with the team to ensure accurate order processing and customer communication. Maintain organised and up-to-date customer records and data. Potentially undertake outbound sales training and responsibilities in the future, subject to additional compensation.

Requirements

Excellent verbal English communication skills with a clear, professional, and pleasant phone manner. A good, neutral accent that is easy for customers to understand. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Comfortable and confident speaking with customers over the phone. Ability to answer questions clearly, professionally, and patiently. Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. Comfortable using Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Basic experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering customer and order information. Good organisational and administrative skills. Ability to multitask while handling calls and updating information accurately. Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
