What you'll do

  • Speak with customers who have requested to cancel and understand the reason behind it
  • Offer suitable alternatives, plan changes, or resolutions to keep the account open
  • Follow up on at-risk accounts flagged by the wider team
  • Record outcomes and cancellation reasons accurately in the CRM
  • Share recurring themes and feedback with the account and product teams
  • Meet monthly retention and call quality targets

What they require

  • Two or more years in customer service, retention, or account management
  • Clear, neutral spoken and written English
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • Comfortable handling objections without becoming pushy
  • A quiet home workspace, a reliable computer, and stable fibre or LTE internet
  • Availability 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST)
