What you'll do

  • Guide customers through the deployment of their platform: Assist customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platform based on their needs.
  • Manage customers infrastructure issues: Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to the infrastructure.
  • Conduct platform health checks: Perform on-demand audits to assess the performance and resilience of platforms and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure technical documentation of the architecture: Write and update architecture-related documentation, ensuring it is clear and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with the Product team to integrate architectural needs into the products, and with Solution Engineers to support pre-sales efforts in resolving platform issues and addressing design requests.

What they require

  • Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Practical experience with containerization runtimes and orchestration platforms such as docker, podman and kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of kubernetes architecture and helm-based application deployments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues.
  • Background in customer-facing technical roles.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in Arabic.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment, with strong autonomy and ownership.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences (customers, internal teams, both technical and non-technical individuals, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to identify effective solutions for infrastructure challenges.
  • Ability to integrate the Customer team, with a willingness to learn and understand the products’ features, software architecture, and threat intelligence domain.
  • Team player with collaboration skills, capable of working with multidisciplinary teams.
