Summary You’ll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients with Deel by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with Deel. Responsibilities Accounts: This role will be responsible for a high volume of small spend accounts in their market segment. Risk: Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn. Relationships: Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation Product: Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders Responsible for providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests. Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention. What you'll do

- Own portfolio of customer accounts; monitor account health, spot operational risks before escalation, and drive timely resolution
- Proactively identify patterns in customer requests and issues; escalate systemic problems to management for process improvement
- Manage customer communications during issue resolution; coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear expectations and timely delivery
- Pull and interpret account data to understand customer health, usage patterns, and churn indicators; use insights to prioritize interventions
- Coordinate with support, implementation, and product teams to resolve customer operational challenges without direct authority
- Drive platform adoption and feature utilization by identifying gaps in customer onboarding and recommending targeted training

- Proven ability to manage moderate portfolio of accounts while maintaining operational standards
- Comfortable working with data tools (Excel, dashboards, reporting systems); ability to pull and analyze customer health metrics
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; experience coordinating work across multiple teams without direct authority
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive adoption
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical foundation with attention to accuracy and detail
- Fluent level of English (German/Portuguese is a plus)
