We’re growing—and we’re looking for a bilingual, solutions-oriented Customer Experience Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As a Customer Experience Representative , you’ll be the critical link between our clients, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll own customer interactions from start to finish—ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and clients feel supported every step of the way. This is an ideal role for someone who is resourceful, organized, and customer-obsessed , and who enjoys solving problems in a dynamic, service-driven environment. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems Diagnose and resolve service issues, coordinating with vendors when required Manage and prioritize multiple service requests in a high-volume environment Investigate and resolve service complaints with urgency and professionalism Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service schedules, and equipment details Proactively follow up on open tickets and outstanding service requests Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery What You Bring (Must-Haves) Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) Minimum 2 years of customer service or dispatch experience Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized under pressure Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and follow-through Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) What Sets You Apart You take ownership—you don’t drop the ball You communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders You stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure You care about delivering an exceptional customer experience, every time Work Environment 100% remote (Quebec-based candidates only) Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week Rotating weekend shifts required Dedicated home office/workspace required Ready to Apply?
