What you'll do

  • Build and execute joint business plans with Costco
  • Relationship management and influence with Costco and internal partners
  • Own the relationship with category buyers at Costco
  • Act as the primary liaison on all business issues both internal and external
  • Work closely with cross functional teams; Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management and Strategy, Supply Chain, Insights, etc.
  • Drive trade investment effectiveness and efficiency; partner with shopper marketing
  • Drive insights to action and leverage data to optimize go-to-market with Costco
  • Understand external/competitive environment at Costco and across club channels
  • Champion and drive strategic selling initiatives for Unilever with Sam’s Club

What they require

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years experience in CPG or Retail Industry
  • A self starter, who takes ownership of their business
  • Analytical expertise, ability to see trends and develop recommendations from data (i.e., Circana, Nielsen, Numerator)
  • Skilled written and verbal communicator
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complex situations
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence others
  • Willing and able to travel ~15% of the time (est. 4-6 trips per year)
