Polaris Growth is hiring a CRM Specialist to join our team. You’ll work on CRM, retention and Lifecycle strategies for established & fast-growing e-commerce brands.
What you’ll do
- Turn customer data into clear actions and improvements
- Translate strategy into execution (and vice versa)
- Build and optimize flows, campaigns, and pop-ups in Klaviyo
- Run A/B tests and iterate fast
- Work in sprints with your team and clients
What we’re looking for (non-negotiable)
- 3+ years experience in email marketing / CRM / e-commerce
- Strong hands-on experience with flows and campaigns
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar tools
- Strong communication skills (Dutch and/or English)
- Analytical, proactive, and comfortable owning projects
Nice to have
- Experience with RFM, CLV and loyalty
- Shopify / Magento / WooCommerce knowledge
- Eye for identifying gaps in retention & performance
- Understanding of attribution and margins
