THE JOB The CRM Marketing Manager is responsible for executing lifecycle strategy across venue email and SMS programs. Reporting to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing, this role manages newsletters, post-purchase journeys, fan education campaigns, and support for vertical marketing initiatives. This position focuses exclusively on venue lifecycle communications and ensures campaigns are personalized, timely, and aligned with operations, venue brand fulfillment and revenue-driving priorities. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Build and manage venue newsletters and automated email journeys. Develop post-purchase communications designed to drive ancillary sales and upsell opportunities. Support vertical marketing initiatives across Premium, B2C, and F&B programs. Implement segmentation strategies to improve engagement and conversion. Monitor and optimize performance across key lifecycle metrics. Maintain QA standards and data accuracy across campaigns. Collaborate with Brand and Social teams to ensure cross-channel alignment. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING 4–6 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing. Experience with marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent written communication skills.
