Ищем опытного Creator Partnerships Manager в международный продуктовый AI-стартап.
О продукте: Платформа нового поколения для общения с виртуальными AI-партнерами. Ключевой проект — Digital Duplicates: AI-двойники популярных авторов контента, селебрити и инфлюенсеров. В портфолио уже более 300 контрактов!
Главная цель роли: Сделать портфолио AI-двойников мощным каналом монетизации и роста. Построить работу так, чтобы авторы активно привлекали аудиторию, пользователи дольше взаимодействовали с ботами, а выручка направления стремительно росла.
▪️Что предстоит делать: ▫️Разрабатывать плейбуки работы с авторами: придумывать форматы продвижения (ссылки в соцсетях, спецактивации, эксклюзивный контент, реферальные механики); ▫️Мотивировать инфлюенсеров: вовлекать авторов в продвижение своих AI-версий и показывать им финансовую отдачу; ▫️Улучшать продукт вместе с командами: работать с ML-, prompt- и продуктовыми специалистами над характером и реалистичностью AI-ботов, повышая Retention и LTV; ▫️Управлять финансовыми метриками: отвечать за Revenue и Net Profit направления.
▪️Кого мы ищем: ▫️Опыт в Influencer / Account Management:
- Из стриминг-платформ (TikTok / Twitch / Kick) — опыт работы с топовыми авторами и стримерами;
- Или из Content Subscription платформ (Boosty, Patreon, Fansly, FanView и др.).
▫️Понимание специфики общения с требовательными инфлюенсерами. ▫️Продуктовое мышление и умение влиять на метрики продукта. ▫️Английский язык — C1 / Native (основной рынок и коммуникации — США / Канада).

What you'll do
- Develop playbooks for working with creators, including social links, special activations, exclusive content, and referral mechanics
- Motivate influencers to promote their AI versions and show them financial returns
- Work with ML, prompt, and product specialists to improve AI bot personality and realism
- Improve retention and LTV
- Own revenue and net profit metrics for the direction
What they require
- Experience in Influencer Management or Account Management
- Experience from streaming platforms such as TikTok, Twitch, or Kick working with top creators and streamers, or from content subscription platforms such as Boosty, Patreon, Fansly, or FanView
- Understanding of communication with demanding influencers
- Product thinking and ability to influence product metrics
