What you'll do

  • Reach out to approved creators to get them activated so they create their affiliate link and start posting content.
  • Follow up with creators who have applied but not yet started, identifying blockers and removing them.
  • Send targeted outreach to shortlisted creators for specific campaigns, especially flat fee + commission activations.
  • Conditionally approve creators and request a video submission via in-app messaging.
  • Review submitted videos against brand-specific compliance checklists, checking CTAs, affiliate link placement, language guidelines, logo usage, disclosure requirements, and tone.
  • Provide clear, specific feedback to creators when videos need revisions while keeping the conversation warm and helpful.
  • Fully approve creators once videos pass review so their affiliate link activates.
  • Share approved videos with the brand team for final sign-off when brands require it and relay feedback back to creators.
  • Be the day-to-day contact for creators on the platform and reply to every message.
  • Answer questions about programs, commissions, content guidelines, and payment in a human tone.
  • Manage the creator email inbox, review AI-drafted replies, edit where needed, and send.
  • Flag anything that needs human judgment or escalation.
  • Coordinate bonus payments and brand-specific requirements with internal teams.
  • Flag strong-performing creators so they can be prioritised for campaigns and higher commissions.
  • Manage creator pipelines across all active programs simultaneously, tracking who has applied, who is approved, who has posted, and who is converting.
  • Coordinate with brand account managers to relay creator feedback, flag compliance issues, and share performance updates.
  • Support campaign launches by messaging the right creators at the right time with the right brief.
  • Help build out creator notes, messaging templates, and SOPs as programs scale.
  • Maintain creator tracking sheets/folers and dashboards, keeping records clean and up to date across all active programs.
  • Flag patterns such as stuck creators, underperforming programs, and messaging that is not converting.
  • Eventually take on discrete ownership of entire brand programs as you ramp up.

What they require

  • Recent college graduate or early-career professional with a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Outgoing, warm, and naturally good at building rapport; you should enjoy talking to creators, not find it draining.
  • Excellent written communication in English, specifically in a casual, human, warm tone.
  • You will be tested on written communication in English.
  • Formal or scripted writing is a disqualifier.
  • Highly organised; you'll be managing creator conversations across brand programs simultaneously, each with different rules and requirements.
  • Comfortable working US-aligned hours since creators are primarily US-based.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch; this is an early-stage startup.
  • Self-starter who doesn't need to be managed closely.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and how creators and influencers operate on them.
  • Preferred: Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer management, or creator economy platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience reviewing or evaluating social media content for brand fit, compliance, or quality.
  • Preferred: Comfortable working alongside AI tools.
