ABOUT THE ROLE

ElevenReader is our fast-growing consumer audio app, and creative is one of our biggest growth levers. We’re looking for a Creative Producer to deliver creative marketing campaigns, experiments, and to build the creative engine that powers performance marketing across every major acquisition channel.

This role sits at the intersection of creative design, AI, and performance marketing. You’ll be our lead creative strategist, producing high-quality creative concepts, building scalable creative workflows using AI tools, developing a testing roadmap, launching experiments across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms with our Performance Marketing team. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Design, Growth Analytics, and partner agencies to continuously discover which creative drives acquisition at scale, and feeding these insights back into future creative roadmaps.

This is one part strategist and one part creative producer for someone who loves combining exceptional creative taste with rigorous experimentation and marketing results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Designing creative systems, concepts and templates, mood boards, briefs, and AI workflows that power high-velocity ad production
• Create visually-stunning, brand aligned, static ad campaigns end-to-end in Figma and ElevenLabs
• Directing agency partners with clear and compelling creative briefs, UGC scripts, storyboards, scripts, and feedback on creative concepts, ensuring the timely and aligned delivery of assets
• Creating and launching creative testing programs across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging acquisition channels with Performance Marketing and agencies
• Developing a structured creative roadmap with recurring testing sprints and clear learning agendas
• Designing analytical frameworks to identify winning creative patterns using performance data and creative analysis
• Researching and mapping creative trends across competitors, consumer categories, and best-in-class mobile apps to generate new hypotheses for testing
• Partnering closely with Performance Marketing and agencies to rapidly iterate and scale winning campaigns
• Continuously improving our creative production pipeline through AI automation, reusable templates, and scalable workflows
• Analyzing which creative is resonating most with our audience through ad platforms and tools like Motion
• Raising the creative quality bar while ensuring every asset is designed to maximize measurable business outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in performance creative, art direction, growth marketing, creative strategy, or design at a high-growth consumer product or technology company
• Deep expertise with generative AI for image and video creation, with a strong understanding of how to build repeatable creative workflows with tools like ElevenCreative
• Experience creating high-performing ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, or other major paid acquisition platforms
• Experience with creative performance analytics tools like Motion
• Strong understanding of creative experimentation, performance marketing, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization
• Expert proficiency in Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite and modern AI creative tools and generative media platforms
• Exceptional visual taste with the ability to balance speed, quality, and brand consistency
• Deep understanding of user psychology and what drives successful consumer marketing
• Highly analytical and structured thinker who enjoys building experimentation frameworks and extracting insights from data
• Self-directed builder who thrives in fast-moving environments and can independently take ideas from concept to launch
