to scale with intention. We are building the ideas, advisory environment, and media presence that

make exponential growth understandable, repeatable, and visible in the real world.

Our content library includes more than 10 TB of keynotes, trainings, interviews, podcasts,

documentary case studies, webinars, books, social posts, testimonials, and years of founder-led

teaching. We are building a social operation capable of turning that depth into an unmistakable

daily presence without flattening it into generic clips.

The Voices You Will Build

Dr. Benjamin Hardy is an organizational psychologist, New York Times bestselling author, and co-

founder of Scaling.com. His work connects psychology, identity, personal development,

entrepreneurial leadership, and the science of exponential growth. His account positions him as the

psychologist and thought leader whose ideas give people a new way to understand change,

ambition, and scale. His social content will be built primarily from our existing library rather than

custom filming.

Blake Erickson is co-founder of Scaling.com, an 8-figure operator, and co-author of The Science of

Scaling. He is the strategist and executor who translates big ideas into decisions, systems, and

actions founders can apply. Blake will also create social-first teaching and filmed content, giving his

editor original material that shows what the Scaling Framework looks like in practice.

One Creative Producer/Editor will own Dr. Hardy's Instagram account; the other will own Blake's.

Both accounts will collaborate with Scaling.com, and the content will be reshared across other

platforms. The shared objective is omnipresence among qualified business owners and a powerful

organic engine that builds trust and demand for Scaling.com.

About This Role

This is not a clip-cutting role. It is an end-to-end creative ownership role. You find the idea, choose

the angle, write the communication, produce the asset, create the variations, perform the quality

check, and deliver the complete organized post package.

You should be able to watch a 60-minute conversation, keynote, or training and find the moments

that matter, then recognize that the strongest idea may need three different openings, headlines, or

frames before it reaches the right audience. A good edit preserves an idea; a great producer finds

the frame that makes the idea land.

You are not being hired to appear on camera. You may occasionally be asked to travel to selected

keynotes or events when it is useful to help capture source material, but travel is not the center of

the role.

Our Standard: A-Players Only

We would rather hire one phenomenal creative and give that person the resources to dominate

than build a team of five mediocre executors. You cannot create a Michelin-star meal by adding

more fast-food workers. We hire people who have already performed at the level we need, who pull

the system forward, and who raise the standard around them. We work with A-players only.

What You Will Own

Own one Instagram account end to end, from research and source review through the complete

post package and final organized delivery.

Mine keynotes, trainings, podcasts, interviews, testimonials, books, speeches, social

performance, and raw footage for compelling ideas, precise claims, emotional moments, and

proof.

Own the concept, hook, structure, script, caption, on-screen text, pacing, graphics, sound, CTA,

edit or design, and final presentation.

For each core reel, build at least three meaningful versions with different starting points,

headlines, or hooks, plus corresponding ad-ready CTA or banner exports.

For static posts and carousels, create the organic version and a paid-ready version. A carousel's

paid version may include an additional final CTA slide such as “Get the book for free.”

Use organic response and downstream paid-performance feedback to improve future angles,

formats, hooks, audience choices, and creative decisions.

Maintain exact naming, source references, project files, metadata, multiple timelines, export

presets, and clearly separated organic and ad-ready folders.

Bring new formats, templates, and creative opportunities forward without waiting for a

detailed brief. New content types should be proposed clearly for approval; routine work should

not create an approval bottleneck.

The 90-Day Operating Standard

Onboarding cadence

Begin by building a dependable every-other-day rhythm: reel, static, reel, static. Learn the account's

voice, source material, visual language, existing formats, performance history, and quality standard.

Day-90 cadence

By day 90, each account has one reel and one static ready to publish every day. A static may be a

single-image post, quote post, tweet-style post, or carousel. Start with our five existing static

formats, identify the three or four that work best for your account, improve them, and develop new

formats when the evidence supports it.

Batch the static system

At mature cadence, spend roughly two focused days each month building the month's static

content. Use reusable Figma templates and proven language from winning LinkedIn posts, paid

hooks, audience data, relevant creators, books, speeches, podcasts, trainings, and our content

database. The rest of the month belongs to reels, research, filming support, ideation, iteration, and

improving the work.

Create variations quickly

Use multiple timelines, modular project structures, and export presets so straightforward organic

and paid variations can be completed in roughly 30 minutes. Every deliverable should arrive in the

correct organic-post and ad-ready folders so the broader creative pipeline can retrieve and reuse it

automatically.

Ship clean

Perform your own creative, factual, and technical QC. Everything should be accurate, labeled,

named, organized, and ready for use. No downstream teammate should need to fix basic edit

problems, reconstruct your intent, or clean up your files.

AI Is Part of the Production System

This is a required AI-supported role. You should already know how to connect ChatGPT or Claude,

AI connectors, plugins, reporting, our AI-enabled content database, and professional editing and

design tools into one working system. Use AI to search transcripts and source media, study

performance, discover angles, develop hooks and captions, generate selects, create rough

assemblies, build editable Figma layouts, set up variations, and remove repetitive work.

Roughly 80% of the grueling and repeatable work should be delegated to AI: retrieval, logging,

assistant editing, version setup, captions, organization, exports, and technical checks. AI should also

strengthen ideation and assist the polish. It is not here to generate mediocre content faster. Your

human value is judgment, story, voice, taste, emotion, art direction, and final accountability.

You are expected to improve the system itself: better searches, connectors, reusable prompts and

skills, Figma templates, project structures, reporting loops, naming logic, and automations. You do

not merely use the operating system; you help make it faster and smarter every week.

The Work Must Feel Editorial

The visual floor is high: clean, intentional, editorial, and unmistakably considered. You obsess over

the words, emotion, story alignment, typography, negative space, sound, timing, and where the eye

lands. The work should feel native to Instagram while remaining true to the person speaking.

You also know when a deliberately raw, simple, or imperfect execution is the strategic choice. Taste

is not synonymous with polish. The standard is purposeful creative that earns attention without

becoming generic, sloppy, or false.

Performance and Self-Sufficiency

Optimize for meaningful response

The primary target is 1,000 combined shares, comments, and saves per post, excluding likes.

Ideally, any one of those signals exceeds 1,000 on its own. Study what earns that response and

double down on the formats, language, ideas, and audience fit that create it.

Follow the signal

Review performance continuously. Understand who the content is reaching, why they responded,

which ideas are becoming stale, and what the data suggests you should make next. Treat every post

as both creative communication and audience research.

Become trusted to ship

By day 90, routine work should move without an approval bottleneck. You should be fluent enough

in the account's voice, visual language, and standards that your work is trusted to ship after your

own rigorous QC. New templates or genuinely new content types may require approval from

Raleigh or BenLee. You pull the team forward; we do not push you into self-sufficiency.

Requirements

You Should Be

A proven short-form storyteller and visual producer with excellent instincts for hooks, pacing,

emotion, platform-native taste, and clarity.

A producer as much as an editor: you find the idea, choose the angle, write the communication,

and build the execution.

Experienced connecting ChatGPT or Claude, connectors, plugins, data, and creative tools into

real workflows—and able to prove what improved.

Fluent in Premiere Pro or equivalent, with enough Figma, motion, design, captioning, and sound

ability to deliver finished video and static work yourself.

Able to preserve a thought leader's real voice while making the communication more focused,

memorable, and effective.

Already proven at the volume, quality, variation, ownership, and audience-response level we

require. This is not where you learn to operate at this level.

This Role Is Not

An editor waiting for timecodes, a shot list, a completed script, or a pixel-perfect brief.

A social media manager role focused primarily on community management or calendar

administration. The thinking and creative production are the job.

A fit for someone who treats AI output as finished creative or uses speed to excuse weak

judgment.

A fit for someone who can make attractive clips but cannot explain the idea, audience, intended

response, or performance result.

A fit for someone who needs us to teach them how to produce at this volume or standard.

How Success Will Be Measured

A dependable daily pipeline: one reel and one static ready to publish per account per day by day

90, with meaningful organic variations and paid-ready derivatives.

A target of 1,000 combined shares, comments, and saves per post, excluding likes; ideally, any

one signal exceeds 1,000 independently.

A growing library of winning formats and concepts that strengthen organic reach and feed the

paid-creative pipeline.

Reduced creative-direction overhead because you originate strong ideas, perform your own QC,

solve problems independently, and improve the production system.

How to Apply

A resume is welcome, but demonstrated work and results are the primary filter. Send three

examples you personally wrote, produced, and edited, including both reels and static or carousel

work. The examples should demonstrate comparable volume, ownership, quality, and audience

response. For each, identify the account, audience, source material, hook, decisions you owned,

variations you created, performance result, and what you learned.

Show us your AI-supported workflow: which connectors and tools you use, what you delegate, how

the system connects to your editing and design tools, and how it made the work better—not simply

faster.

Then choose one public Dr. Benjamin Hardy or Blake Erickson asset and propose three distinctly

different reel angles, one static treatment, and one paid derivative. We are evaluating your

judgment, voice sensitivity, performance thinking, and ability to build a repeatable system before

your software proficiency. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a paid working

exercise.
