Job Summary
Provides operational support for reporting services within the Testimony Capture department. This role assists in the coordination and execution of depositions and hearings, supports reporting resources in real time, and helps ensure service quality, accuracy, and timely issue-resolution. Works closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain smooth service delivery.
Duties/Responsibilities
· Supports day-to-day reporting operations to ensure successful execution of depositions and hearings
· Assists with real-time support for reporting resources, including troubleshooting basic issues and escalating when needed
· Monitors active jobs and helps identify potential risks or service disruptions
· Coordinates with internal teams, including Scheduling, Production, and Customer Support, to resolve operational issues
· Assists in tracking and documenting incidents, including gathering details and maintaining records
· Supports onboarding processes and provides guidance to reporting resources as needed
· Maintains and updates internal documentation, SOPs, and operational resources
· Communicates clearly and professionally with reporting resources and internal teams
· Helps ensure adherence to operational processes and service expectations
· Maintains strict confidentiality of all company, client, and business information accessed or handled in the course of employment. [SL1] [SL2] [SL3] [SL4]
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
· 2–5 years of professional experience, including:
· Experience in operations support, coordination, or service delivery
· Experience in legal, court reporting, or related environments
· Active Remote Online Notary (RON) certification, or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
· Active notary commission in the state(s) where work is performed
· AAERT CER or CDR certification required [SL5]
· Experience working in a fast-paced, service-based environment
Work Environment
· This position is primarily remote; however, limited travel may be required periodically for training, meetings, or other business-related purposes.
· The remote position is performed from a home office or approved remote work location.
· All work is conducted through secure, company-approved technology platforms via computer, phone, and video conferencing platforms.
· Reliable high-speed internet access and a private, secure workspace are required.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to work for extended periods at a computer workstation in a remote, home-based environment.
· Ability to perform repetitive motions, including frequent typing, keyboarding, and use of a mouse or other input devices.
· Ability to view computer screens, read digital documents, and analyze information for prolonged periods.
· Some evening or weekend work may be required depending on client needs or emergency situations.
