Uses data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision makers to solve complex business decisions. Provides subject-matter expertise related to reporting and analysis and possesses a high degree of operational knowledge related to the health plan. Is a natural leader, one who is self-motivated, fully capable of meeting facilitation, and who proactively works collaboratively with business leaders to meet demands. Education: Bachelor’s degree (required) Experience: 5 years of related experience (required) Familiar with SQL and Tableau (preferred) Strong Excel experience (preferred) QNXT and CSC (preferred) We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.
