What you'll do

  • Lead the development and deployment of automated workflows across departments using tools such as JHA Enterprise Workflow.
  • Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable automation solutions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on workflow best practices and governance.
  • Develop documentation and training materials for all automated processes including flow diagrams, SOPs, and risk assessments.
  • Partner with the Core Banking Systems Administrator on managing core changes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem.
  • Work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet regulatory and business requirements.
  • Adopt a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.
  • Stay informed of applicable regulatory requirements and complete all mandatory compliance and IT training.
  • Pursue and demonstrate an understanding of established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Question suspicious activity and collaborate closely with the respective department(s) to help prevent fraudulent activity.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis.
  • Proven experience with workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience with core banking systems (preferably Jack Henry Silverlake) preferred.
  • Experience with Finastra’s Decision Pro preferred.
