Role Overview You’ll drive the growth and health of our futures & perpetual markets, from asset selection and listing strategy to promotion execution and performance optimization. You’re not just an operator—you’re a market strategist who turns data into volume, and insights into competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end contract operations: identify high-potential assets (crypto, indices, commodities), launch new pairs, and optimize listing timing Design & execute growth campaigns (e.g., trading competitions, fee rebates, liquidity incentives) to boost open interest and turnover Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor moves — deliver actionable recommendations weekly Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Tech teams to align operations with platform capabilities Monitor funding rates, basis spreads, liquidation events — ensure market stability and fairness Requirements 3+ years in crypto exchange operations, asset management, or financial product operations (futures/perpetual experience essential) Strong analytical skills: comfortable with trading data (volume, OI, funding rate, slippage), SQL/Excel, and dashboards Deep understanding of crypto derivatives mechanics (mark price, index price, liquidation engine, etc.) Proven ability to execute cross-functional initiatives under tight timelines Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken) for global coordination Nice-to-Have Experience managing hot-asset launches (e.g., meme coins, new ETF-linked contracts) Familiarity with AI/automation tools for ops efficiency (e.g., dynamic alerting, anomaly detection) Background in traditional finance (FX, futures, options) is a plus
