What you'll do
- Develop, build, test, and improve contract workflows in Ironclad (intake forms, approvals, document generation, e-signature, post-signature tracking)
- Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries, data structures, and reporting
- Monitor platform performance, solve issues, manage releases, and act on insights to improve efficiency and UX
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Privacy, Security, Finance, and other teams to build practical automated solutions
- Contribute to contract data quality initiatives (data migration, remediation, reporting, optimisation)

- 3+ years of experience working with contract lifecycle management, e-signature, or related business systems
- Understanding of how information flows across platforms and business processes
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
- Proactive, solution-driven approach to problem-solving
