- What Makes You a Great Fit You chase the unanswered email. A contract sitting unsigned for ten days bothers you enough that you follow up without anyone asking you to. You read the whole document. When two figures are supposed to match, you check that they actually do — and you notice when they don't. You keep your own scoreboard. At any moment you can say exactly which contracts are out for signature, which change orders are pending, and which insurance items are aging. You write clearly enough for a lawyer and warmly enough for a project manager, and you switch between the two in the same hour. You treat "waiting on someone else" as a task, not an excuse — the follow-up is your job, not the delay. You take real ownership: when something slips through, you flag it yourself, fix it, and adjust the system so it cannot slip the same way twice.
