Optional skills
SaaStorm is a fully remote organic growth agency for B2B SaaS, headquartered in London with a team spread across Europe. Since founding in 2024, we've grown to work with SaaS companies from pre-seed through Series C, and we're approaching €1.5M ARR.
What makes us different is the bet we've made: search is changing, and the companies that win the next five years will be the ones cited by LLMs, not just ranked by Google. We've built our delivery model around that thesis, combining traditional organic growth with AEO/LLM visibility work, and we report on pipeline impact rather than vanity metrics.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality content that supports our SEO and content strategy - helping drive measurable outcomes such as sign-ups, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and long-term brand value for both SaaStorm and our B2B SaaS clients.
You’ll work closely with our strategists and delivery team to turn briefs, research, and positioning into clear, compelling, conversion-aware content that meets quality standards and deadlines.
Tasks
- Own content writing for 2-4 B2B SaaS clients (you'll be writing for the same clients mostly, so you'll be able to learn their product, ICP and use cases).
- Produce 15-17 long-form articles/month for our B2B SaaS clients (primarily SEO/AEO-focused content)
- Write content that is clear, well-structured, and aligned with the brief, brand voice, and target audience
- Apply SEO writing best practices (search intent alignment, on-page structure, internal linking notes, basic keyword integration)
- Conduct research and incorporate credible sources, product context, and customer pain points into your writing
- Collaborate with the team to clarify briefs, messaging, and scope when needed
- Use our tools (e.g., SurferSEO, ClickUp, Slack, Google Docs) to manage drafts, feedback, and revisions
- Edit and revise based on feedback, ensuring content meets SaaStorm quality standards
- Experiment with and responsibly use AI tools where helpful (e.g., for outlines, idea generation, or efficiency) while maintaining originality and accuracy
What we care about:
- Impact: pipeline, sign-ups, revenue
- Enjoyment: you like the work + the people you do it with
- Flexibility: async where possible, trust by default, no micromanagement
Requirements
Please, only apply if you're based in the EU/UK.
- Experience: 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the SaaS space.

- Communication: Confident in interviewing subject matter experts to produce insightful, well-researched content.

Benefits

- Remote-First: Our team is fully distributed but highly collaborative.
- In-person offsites: Once a year, we fly the entire team for 3-4 days to the same country (September 2026 - Amsterdam!), so we can spend time together & just have fun without Slack.
- High Standards, Fast Feedback: We operate with clear expectations, direct communication, and iterative improvement
- Outcome-Oriented: We care about content that performs - not just content that ships
- Paid Holiday Leave: You can take up to 20 days of paid holiday leave per year, plus national public holidays applicable in your country of residence.
- Professional Development: SaaStorm will co-fund a relevant course or certification (up to €500 per year), subject to prior approval and relevance to your role and our client work.
