The Keys Coach is an online piano education company helping piano players around the world become more confident, creative and expressive at the instrument.Founded by piano player and educator Adam Saunders, we help students through our YouTube channel, online courses and digital products.We’re still a small business, but we’re growing quickly. Around 6 million people see our content each year, we have 120,000+ YouTube subscribers and more than 3,000 students learning with us through our courses.The ambition is much bigger than simply growing a YouTube channel. We’re building The Keys Coach into one of the world’s most exciting places to learn piano online.Until now, the business has been run by Adam alongside a small team of specialist freelancers.Now we’re hiring our first full-time team member.That’s where you come in.
About the role
This is a really important hire for us.As our Content & Operations Coordinator, you’ll work closely with Adam and gradually take ownership of more of the day-to-day running of the business.Your job is essentially to make sure things happen.YouTube videos go live. Emails get sent. Freelancers know what they’re working on. Projects keep moving. Course resources are updated. Deadlines don’t quietly disappear. Loose ends get picked up.You’ll work across areas including:YouTube and content publishingEmail schedulingFreelancer coordinationContent and project calendarsOnline course platformsWebsite and landing-page updatesReporting and spreadsheetsLaunches and other business projectsSystems, SOPs and documentationAI and automationThe miscellaneous things that inevitably appear when you’re helping run a growing online businessYou won’t be expected to arrive knowing every tool we use.We want someone who can learn how something works, take responsibility for it and eventually make it better.Our mindset for the role is simple:Learn it → Own it → Improve it.Over time, the goal is for Adam to be able to say, “Can you handle this?” and know it’s in safe hands.
About you

We need a few hours of overlap with UK working hours (UK time), but otherwise there’s flexibility around how you structure your day.We’re also open to hybrid or in-person working in London for the right candidate.If you enjoy being close to the action, learning quickly and becoming someone a growing business can really rely on, there’s a lot of opportunity here.
