What you'll do

  • Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
  • Act as a 'Learning Producer' for new courses – developing a vision for both synchronous and asynchronous learning components – and executing on that vision.
  • Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to a high standard of clarity, accuracy, and learner-friendliness, leveraging AI tools.
  • Build relationships and collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructors, and presenters to refine, elevate and gamify lectures and presentations.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance content development workflows.
  • Partner cross-functionally with project managers, the LX team, client-facing teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure content meets business objectives and launch timelines.
  • Maintain and continuously improve content quality standards across the team.

What they require

  • 8–10 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of course creation — from concept through final production.
  • Content development experience across modalities: written content, video production, live/webinar facilitation, learning games, audio/podcast production, etc.
  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Proven ability to work with SMEs and instructors to sharpen and refine their material.
  • An outcomes focus: experience designing and building learning experiences attached to ambitious KPIs.
  • Ability to independently manage your own project timelines.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to support content development.
  • A portfolio or examples of work you've built and are proud of.
  • Experience developing AI, tech, or data courses OR background in healthcare or Allied Health instructional content.
  • People management experience is not required, but is a bonus.
