What you'll do

  • Execute analytical and operational work to keep Growth team projects moving at speed and quality.
  • Support one Growth Manager with data pulling, audience building, GTM coordination, and weekly reporting across 4 to 5 active projects.
  • Launch campaigns directly in Braze when the Marketing Operations team lacks bandwidth.
  • Accelerate test velocity by owning data pulls, audience setup, and GTM coordination for all active projects so tests go live in the same sprint they are designed.
  • Maintain a clean, MECE test pool by managing audience segmentation and enforcing test group separation across concurrent projects.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports for every active project with no gaps.
  • Provide the Growth Manager with a reliable data layer for decision-making.
  • Own GTM coordination for at least 3 active projects simultaneously.
  • Serve as the operational link between Growth, Branding, and Product.
  • Keep timelines on track without requiring manager involvement in execution details.
  • Learn the team's canvas structures and naming conventions well enough to launch campaigns independently in Braze within 60 days.

What they require

  • Moves fast on execution tasks without sacrificing quality.
  • Completes requests end-to-end without needing step-by-step direction.
  • Follows checklists and SOPs consistently.
  • Does not skip steps under time pressure.
  • Writes SQL at an intermediate level to pull and validate data from a warehouse.
  • Comfortable with Databricks or a similar environment.
  • Expert-level SQL is not required; the bar is correct, reliable queries.
  • Reads dashboards and identifies what the numbers mean without being told how to interpret them.
  • Runs ROI analysis on campaigns and incentives, including cost per incremental user, payback, and return by segment.
  • Knows how campaigns are structured and launched in a CRM tool such as Braze or comparable.
  • Does not need to build automation or own the infrastructure.
  • Understands segments, audiences, and basic channel logic well enough to execute a launch from a brief when needed.
  • Has run CRM campaigns end to end: brief, audience, QA, send, and readout.
  • Knows lifecycle strategy and how onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation campaigns connect across the user journey.
  • Tracks tasks across 4 to 5 concurrent projects without dropping items.
  • Uses a system to stay organized and flag risks early.
  • Communicates status proactively.
  • Does not wait to be asked for an update when something is at risk.
  • Writes clear, direct updates.
  • Does not over-explain or under-explain.
  • Moves cross-functional work forward by keeping stakeholders aligned, not by escalating to the manager every time there is friction.
  • Aligns Brand, Ops, Product, and other BU teams around each test.
  • Keeps scope, timelines, and dependencies in sync from kickoff to launch.
  • Takes a position on what to do next and defends it with data.
  • Operates at AI-L2 Practitioner or above on Addi's AI Fluency Ladder.
  • Runs at least one recurring weekly AI workflow, chains multi-step prompts, and validates outputs before they reach anyone else.
  • Uses Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable tools as a daily working layer for summarizing data, drafting briefs, structuring analysis, and preparing reports faster than by hand.
  • Identifies where AI saves meaningful time in the workflow and applies it without being told to.
  • Does not use AI as a substitute for thinking.
  • Reads test results and separates incremental impact from noise.
  • Understands what a control group is for and why it matters.
  • Connects execution decisions to GMV and revenue outcomes.
  • Does not treat reporting as a formatting task.
  • Asks whether a result is real, big enough to act on, and what should be done next before presenting it.
  • Compares ROI across segments and recommends where to scale, adjust, or stop.

Benefits

  • Fast, transparent, and engaging hiring experience.
  • The company aims to complete the hiring process as quickly as possible.
  • The company is committed to always providing feedback so candidates walk away with valuable insights.
