Must have completed ICS 100/200/700/800 and 2+ years of HSEEP-compliant exercise development; experience with FEMA planning frameworks (CPG 101/201, Continuity Circular Guidance). Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to travel up to 50%.

What you'll do

  • Support development and maintenance of emergency management plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs and coordinate/conduct emergency response drills and exercises.
  • Support client partnerships and coordinate with local, state, and federal emergency management agencies and community organizations.
  • Periodically support client projects onsite and deploy to client sites for staff augmentation during disasters.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of experience in emergency management or related fields.
  • 2+ years experience with FEMA guidelines and national emergency management planning frameworks (CPG 101, CCG, CPG 201).
  • Completion of ICS courses 100, 200, 700 and 800.
  • 2+ years practical experience in HSEEP-compliant exercise development.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsored visa is required.
