Construction/project management candidate with 1–2+ years of project experience or strong internship/early-career foundation. Must currently live in the Northeast region from MD to MA and travel regularly to active construction sites. Solar development or construction background fits best.

What you'll do

  • Assist in coordinating with EPC partners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones to ensure timely delivery
  • Help identify risks and proactively escalate issues that could impact timelines, costs, or quality
  • Maintain organized project documentation, reporting, and communication across stakeholders
  • Participate in site visits and construction meetings to support on-the-ground execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Development, Development Engineering, Asset Management, and Account Management teams to ensure all teams are aligned
  • Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and systems that drive efficiency and scalability

What they require

  • You have 1–2+ years of managing projects or are a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part time, or full time role.
  • This could be in Construction, Project Management, Solar Development, or anything that provided you with the tools and resources to be comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • You take the initiative to reduce risk and get ahead of problems before they impact project timelines or budgets.
  • No stone is ever left unturned and every stakeholder involved knows what’s happening, why it’s happening, and when it needs to be done.
  • You’re meticulous and take a zero-defect approach to problem solving and deliverables.
  • You go the extra mile to ensure all the details to achieve milestones are taken care of on time and on budget.
  • You get excited about having several balls in the air to juggle at any one time while managing multiple projects at once.
  • You are at the beginning of an exciting career and you’re ready to get your feet wet and learn all about how the solar development and construction world works.
