About the Position
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project management to ensure the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with Procore (Procore knowledge required)
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses
- Prepare and present progress and budget reports to senior management
- Bid coordination/Estimating support (finding subcontractors, requesting and following up on bids, bid qualification, bid management)
- Maintain project documentation and records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven experience in construction project management or related field
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
