What you'll do

  • Draft, update, and enforce compliance policies across departments (finance, HR, IT, operations).
  • Ensure documents are accessible, understood, and consistently applied.
  • Conduct risk assessments across business units.
  • Identify areas of exposure, document findings, and recommend controls.
  • Implement compliance monitoring programs and conduct regular internal audits.
  • Track findings in GRC tools (Archer, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • Ensure adherence to frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or industry-specific regulations.
  • File required reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees on compliance obligations, code of conduct, and regulatory updates.
  • Conduct internal investigations into compliance issues.
  • Document findings, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver compliance dashboards, monthly/quarterly reports, and risk summaries to executives and boards.
  • Partner with finance, legal, HR, and IT to ensure compliance is integrated into all business processes.
