What you'll do

  • Benchmark roles against external salary surveys and review job descriptions to establish proper grading and pay levels.
  • Assist with annual merit reviews, bonus distributions, and base pay structural adjustments.
  • Drive end-to-end benefits operations for Mexico, including employee enrollment, vendor communication/negotiation, invoice processing, and resolving employee service queries.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local labor laws across US and Mexico jurisdictions.
  • Execute assignments using established guidelines while offering guidance and support to newer team members.

What they require

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; professional HR/compensation certifications preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate standard problems, analyze solutions using data and precedents, and make sound recommendations.
  • Advanced English Level
