What you'll do

  • Manage and moderate NoGigiddy's online community spaces — Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit, and social comments
  • Respond to member questions, posts, and feedback in a timely and authentic brand voice
  • Create regular community content — polls, threads, announcements, and conversation starters
  • Identify and recognize top community members and power users
  • Collect community feedback and surface insights to the product and content teams
  • Coordinate with the social and support teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Monitor community health metrics and report trends weekly

What they require

  • No degree required
  • Proven experience managing or growing an online community (any platform)
  • Strong written communication with a warm, authentic voice
  • Empathetic and patient — you handle frustrated members without losing your cool
  • Organized enough to stay on top of multiple community channels at once
  • Familiarity with Discord, Facebook Groups, or Reddit moderation tools
